I’m so glad you asked! One of my new favorite things to make is these adorable little note card sets in a box….so fast and easy and make an adorable gift! And I mostly keep them single layer so the price point is awesome! Here’s some others I’ve done. Instructions on how to make the boxes are below 🙂

Box supplies needed: 2 pieces Cardstock, Tear Tape (don’t skimp on this, you’ll be sad when your things fall apart) https://www.stampinup.com/products/tear-tape-adhesive?demoid=2311688, ribbon (any for this project), Basic White Note Cards & Envelopes https://www.stampinup.com/products/basic-white-note-cards-envelopes?demoid=2311688 These are not your average notecards, they are smaller and have matching envelopes and they are thicker than standard cardstock (important if you’re trying to keep it to one layer).

Alright, I’m a visual learner so be prepared for lots of pictures!
Box Base is Cardstock cut to 7 3/4″ X 9 1/4″. Then you’re going to score all four sides at 1′ AND 2″. Like so:

Next you’re going to take your paper snips and trim away the extra pieces to create the tabs. My favorite thing to do is start with the one all the way to the right and then rotate your paper and do the one all the way to the right so it makes a little pinwheel shape and the flaps stay down better.

Then you’ll fold in the tabs and add Tear Tape to the underside of the flaps.

Apply Tear Tape to the very edge of the four flaps.

Attach the tabs inside the box first and then fold the flaps in.
The Box Lid is pretty much the same except for the measurements. Cut your Cardstock to 6 3/8 X 7 7/8. Score all four sides and 5/8″ AND 1 1/4″

Pro Tip: Before you cut your tabs and fold everything up, adhere your image to the front of the Box Lid.

Fold in tabs and then flaps and fill with cards! Don’t forget to wrap it up with ribbon and it’s ready to gift!

I also LOVE to decorate the envelopes, just a little itty bitty bit. Either on the back or in the front let corner. It makes them look so much more finished.

Happy Stamping! Brandee
